  • We offer a 30 minute itinerary planning call where we map out your weekend, share our go-to spots, and help you build the perfect Jackson Hole experience. The $75 fee is applied toward any package if you decide to book with us.

  • Nope! While bachelorette parties are our specialty, we also plan bachelor parties, birthday trips, girls' weekends, and any other celebration worth gathering for in the Tetons.

  • We offer three planning tiers- ranging from curated itineraries for DIY planners to full-service, start-to-finish event execution. You pick the level of service that fits your budget, and we take care of the rest.

    Each package is different, but they may include a custom weekend itinerary, local dining & activity recommendations, decorations, and optional upgrades like a mimosa bar, guided adventures, or spa day arrangements.

  • Absolutely! Every party is unique. You can mix and match from our add-on menu to create your perfect weekend.

  • Yes! Whether you're celebrating with three besties or a whole crew of twenty, we can tailor your experience to fit.

  • The sooner the better! Popular weekends in Jackson Hole book up months in advance, so we recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date in mind.

     Simply reach out through our contact form and we'll set up a quick call to talk through your vision, group size, and budget. From there we'll recommend the best package for you.

  • We don't book lodging directly, but we'll give you a curated list of the best local options to match your group's vibe and budget.

  • Send us your check-in instructions and we'll arrive right at check-in to get everything ready - typically 1–3 hours depending on your package. You don't need to be there, and you're welcome to drop your bags while we work. We also recommend requesting early check-in from your Airbnb host so everything is ready before your day really starts.

  • We'll coordinate pickup for any backdrop or neon sign rentals before you check out. For the rest of the decor, we just ask that your group pops the balloons and tosses everything before you leave- easy cleanup, we promise!

  • Because we begin planning right away, deposits are non-refundable. However, we will always work with you to reschedule your party whenever possible.
